The role
A 6-month, full-time, paid internship for a recent graduate or early-career person who wants to learn enterprise sales inside an AI company. You will work directly with the founder/COO on outbound and get real reps with real customers. Do well and this becomes a full-time SDR role.
During this internship, you will
- Learn to generate new business through research, prospecting and outbound to enterprise accounts.
- Research accounts and contacts (use case, tech stack, triggers) and write tailored, personalized outbound across email, LinkedIn and phone to book meetings.
- Observe and join qualification calls with senior operations and IT leaders, and learn to communicate 8Flow's value clearly.
- Start from our playbook and sequences, keep the CRM clean, propose improvements, and use AI tools (Claude Code, Clay/Apollo) to build small helpers along the way.
What we are looking for
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of experience, with some sales, outbound or customer-facing work you can point to.
- Strong interest in a sales career and in AI and enterprise software; can write a cold email that does not sound like a chatbot.
- Proactive, coachable, a fast learner, motivated by a number and resilient with rejection.
- Available full-time, in person in downtown San Mateo, for 6 months. Nice to have: CRM/sales tools (Attio, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay) and hands-on use of AI coding tools.
