About us

8Flow.ai is our solution to empower enterprise teams with AI and automation. 

Our focus has always been on simplifying and automating enterprise workflows. While at ServiceNow, we observed a persistent challenge, which was that enterprises, despite having multiple tools and integrations, still struggle with transferring data between critical systems.

By equipping operational employees with a solution that learns their workflow, we identify the repetition and can eliminate the cumbersome, manual navigation and constant transfers of information across applications. 

We’ve been working together for a long time! Initially at SkyGiraffe, which was acquired by ServiceNow in 2017 until 2022 when we left to start 8Flow.ai!

About us

Our CEO, Boaz founded his previous company SkyGiraffe in 2012, Josh joined soon after in 2013 as the first business hire and Yev joined the San Francisco office. SkyGiraffe was acquired by ServiceNow in 2017 and we continued to build products for enterprise workflows at a different scale until 2022. 

At ServiceNow, we built out a lot of the platform - including the Mobile team, AI Virtual Agent, UX Analytics and the Employee Experience while spending a lot of time with customers to deploy products successfully. 

During this time, we noticed something consistent: every enterprise works across multiple, critical systems and no matter how many integrations there are, employees always need to take data from one to another. All the time!

We want to give the power of AI and automation to enterprise teams. Starting with support, agents should have a tool that learns their workflow and identifies all the manual, time consuming navigation across systems and constant transfers of information across applications. 

Enterprise workflows and specifically resolving tickets is like building furniture. It can be simple with 1-2 steps or very complex and with many different steps and components. People can build the furniture with the provided Allan wrench, but giving agents 8Flow is like giving them an electric screwdriver - point to a task, click a button, automate, and go to the next one.

At the enterprise leadership level we want our tool to provide coaching, analytics & insights into agent workflows across various systems, promoting productivity gains, accuracy as well as faster onboarding & time to value.

2013
